Benzodiazepine Withdrawal Support Groups
This peer support document from the Colorado Consortium’s Benzodiazepine Action work group provides education and support to the individual experiencing physical dependence and/or withdrawal from benzodiazepines, their support network, and their providers through benzo-informed strategies targeting the health and wellness of the whole person (psychological, physical, and socio-economic).
There are many withdrawal support groups and other benzodiazepine-focused groups on the web. Here is a brief list of the ones of which we are aware. Please let us know if we missed or mischaracterized your organization!
